Some decentralized exchanges (DEXs) offer ETH/XMR pairs, but liquidity might be an issue. Be sure to check the volume and slippage before committing. Then there are services like FixedFloat or ChangeNOW, but even they can carry risks, so remember to do your research on how they operate and what data they collect. I once heard about someone trying to visualize the flow of funds through some of these exchanges, almost like a crazy cattle 3d herd moving across a landscape. Be careful out there!
